I was eager to explore Jumeirah Lake Towers, and Mercure Hotel Apartments Dubai Barsha Heights offered the perfect location. , the spacious balcony provided stunning views of Dubai, allowing me to prepare my own meals in a relaxing atmosphere. The variety of dining options, including The Exit Sports Bar, made dining a delightful experience. The hotel's regional and international cuisine, paired with the longest happy hour, added a special touch to my stay.
Booked an apartment for four guests but arrived to find no beds or sofa beds for children, despite having paid upfront. Reception staff claimed kids stay for free but later insisted on payment for extra beds.

Convenient location next to Metro Station and taxis. Good cityview rooms, comfortable King Size bed, helpful staff, Starbucks downstairs, and a tiny supermarket next door.
Felt well taken care of, no complaints whatsoever.
